Reach Subsea, a Norwegian subsea services specialist, has secured a long-term foothold in the Black Sea after converting a previously announced letter of intent into a firm contract covering inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) and light construction work in the region.
Strategic Partnership
The agreement runs for an initial two years with an option for a further year and establishes a strategic partnership with an undisclosed regional offshore services provider supporting a major energy client.
Service Coverage
The contract covers ROV-based subsea operations, construction support and field services offshore in the Black Sea, an area where offshore activity has been gathering pace amid efforts to develop energy resources and strengthen regional infrastructure.
