Taxes when it reaches Cyprus

Does Shoham give me a US address for online shopping?
No. Shoham does not run a shopping address or a warehouse in the USA. For that you need a parcel forwarder such as our partner Forward2Me, which gives you a free US address and ships your orders to Cyprus.
Will I pay VAT and customs duty on purchases from the USA?
Yes. Goods from the USA are imports into the EU: Cyprus VAT at 19% applies to every parcel, and customs duty may apply to goods worth more than €150. The courier usually collects these on delivery. Our duty calculator gives an estimate.
How long does a parcel from the USA take?
With a forwarder's express courier, usually a few working days after it leaves their US warehouse, plus customs clearance in Cyprus. Ask the forwarder for their current times.
