Mitsidis Public Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has decided to propose a final dividend payment to its shareholders.
Dividend Proposal
The proposed dividend of 5 cents per share is based on the company's financial results for the period ended December 31, 2023, and amounts to a total of €410,000.
General Assembly
The dividend proposal will be discussed and voted on at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place on July 17, 2026.
