N-Sea, a Dutch subsea services specialist, has announced the appointment of Pim Nelemans as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 15.
Leadership Change
Nelemans succeeds Martin Adler, who stepped down from the role after more than five years at the helm. Adler will remain involved with the business as a shareholder and chairman of N-Sea’s advisory board.
Expanded Capabilities
During Adler’s tenure, N-Sea expanded its capabilities across survey, unexploded ordnance identification and clearance, cable repair and installation, inspection, repair and maintenance, as well as construction and decommissioning services.
The company operates a fleet of 14 multipurpose vessels and has developed into a stronger and more resilient subsea services provider.
New Leadership
Nelemans joined N-Sea as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s market position and international footprint.
Before joining the business, he held senior management positions at Dutch offshore heavy transport and marine services groups Dockwise and Boskalis.
Future Plans
Nelemans stated, "I am honoured to accept the role of chief executive officer. Building on this solid foundation, I will continue to accelerate our growth, strengthen our integrated service offering and further position N-Sea as a trusted partner in the evolving offshore and subsea landscape."
