Shoham does not provide a shopping address or a warehouse in the UK, Germany or the USA, and does not receive or combine online orders there. Taxes when it reaches Cyprus
From Germany (EU): no customs duty and no import VAT — the shop already charged VAT when you paid.
From the UK or the USA: these are imports from outside the EU. Cyprus VAT (19%) applies to every parcel, and customs duty may apply to goods worth more than €150. The courier usually collects these on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. Estimate them with our duty calculator.

What is DesertCart and does it deliver to Cyprus?
DesertCart is an international shopping service: you choose a product from US, UK and other retailers on its site, pay one price that includes shipping and import charges, and it buys the item and delivers it to your Cyprus address.
Is Shoham a DesertCart alternative?
Not for online shopping. Shoham does not buy products for you, and does not provide shopping addresses or warehouses abroad. The usual alternative to DesertCart is a parcel forwarder such as our partner Forward2Me, which gives you addresses in the UK, Germany and the USA so you buy from the store yourself.
DesertCart or a parcel forwarder — which is better?
DesertCart is simple: one price, and they do the buying. With a forwarder you buy directly from the store, often at a lower price, and can combine several orders into one parcel — but you pay the shipping and, from outside the EU, the Cyprus VAT and any duty separately.
